With the premise of less is more, these five micro lessons help you establish changes that have the potential to completely change how you see your life and how you feel inside it.

  • Discover techniques to unclutter your mind

  • Learn how to create your own Sacred space - in your environment and within your own heart

Find a recipe you'd like to try for breaking the fast. Make it fun and include your friends! Have brunch. Be creative!
